Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Syrian Aviation Holding Company and the Authority for Excellence and Creativity

In the presence of Mr. Omar Al-Hasri, Chairman of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Air Transport, and Dr. Marwan Al-Halabi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Syrian Aviation Holding Company and the Authority for Excellence and Creativity.
